These Terms govern your organization's use of YourWorkHQ Portal. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials do not require a payment method and convert to a paid plan only when you choose to upgrade.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your clients enter into the portal. Client payments you collect are processed through your own connected payment account, not ours.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your data remains available for export for 30 days following cancellation.
